• No cancellations will be accepted after order is placed. Please check carefully before you place your order.
• If you need to make any changes, please contact us immediately after the order is placed.
• We do not accept a return because of a change of mind or a wrong colour or size difference, unless the item received is different from what is ordered by the customer.
• If an item arrived is damaged/defected please contact us within 24 HOURS of receiving your package.
  Email us with images or video at support@propskapitara.com so that we may report it to our delivery carrier. We will either arrange a replacement or process a partial/full refund. Refunds are subject to individual cases.
• All returned items must be in its original and unused condition with the original packaging.
• Shipping charges are non refundable.
